Evaluation Fee Policy
(Non‑Refundable Eligibility Evaluation Fee)
1. Purpose
The Eligibility Evaluation Fee supports the administrative processes required to assess an applicant’s qualifications for certification within the World Unifight Federation (WUF). This fee ensures that every application is reviewed thoroughly, fairly, and according to federation standards.
2. What It Covers
By submitting the Evaluation Fee, the applicant acknowledges that the fee covers the following internal processes:
- Administrative handling of the application
- Verification of documents and supporting materials
- Review of eligibility criteria
- Compliance assessment with WUF certification standards
- Secure record‑keeping of the evaluation process
3. Non‑Refundable
TThe Evaluation Fee is strictly non‑refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application. This is because the administrative work is performed immediately upon submission.
4. No Guarantee
Payment of the Evaluation Fee does not guarantee approval or issuance of a certificate. It only covers the evaluation process.
5. Applicant Agreement
By checking the required box on the application form, the applicant confirms that they:
- Understand the fee is non‑refundable
- Agree to the evaluation terms
- Have reviewed this policy before submitting their application
Certificate Issuance Fee Policy
1. Purpose of the Certificate Issuance Fee
The Certificate Issuance Fee supports the administrative and technical processes required to produce and issue an official digital WUF certificate.
2. What the Fee Covers
This fee covers the following federation services:- Preparation and formatting of the official digital certificate
- Secure registration of the certificate in WUF’s verification database
- Digital authentication and anti‑fraud measures
- Archival record‑keeping
- Electronic delivery of the certificate to the applicant via email
Note: WUF certificates are digital only and are not printed or physically mailed.
3. Refund Policy
The Certificate Issuance Fee is refundable only if the applicant is not approved after evaluation. If the applicant is approved, the fee becomes non‑refundable because the certificate is produced, registered, and issued digitally.
4. Digital Delivery
All certificates are delivered exclusively via email in digital format. No physical copies are produced or shipped.
5. Applicant Agreement
